Peg is the last domestic bred ewe in our flock. She has become the foundation of the flock, contributing daughters
and sons to spread her desireable characteristics throughout our flock. Pictured here at the age of 8, she continues to exhibit a good bite, a full set of teeth, level topline, strong pasterns, and a well shaped udder that is properly attached, and still has small teats even after raising several sets of twins and triplets. Although her fleece is coarser in texture to BFLs with more UK influence, her fleece is lustrous, silky,and she has good coverage and fleece weight.
